  * New upstream release.
  * Rules, tests:
    + remove restrictions on testing with python3.8, now that
      freezegun was updated.
    + account for upstream reshuffling of test files.
    + exclude a single test that requires a pytest extension.
  * Rules: add execute_after_dh_auto_install to ensure tests aren't
    installed into the binary package.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.5.0 (from 4.4.1, no further changes).
  * Patches: remove fuzz from 01.

python-tempora (1.14.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Rules: run tests during build.
  * Control:
    + add build-deps on python3-pytest, python3-freezegun, and
      python3-tz: needed for tests.
  * Patches: add 01_pytest_no_flake8.
  * Tests: add upstream-tests as autopkgtest, replacing the trivial
    autopkgtest-pkg-python.
