  * d/rules:
    - fix and simplify cmake usage
    - when regenerating libunicode-table.h, point to the existing build-static
      build directory to make use of it
    - call run-test262 for both build as test step
  * Move paths to clean to debian/clean.
  * Remove /usr/share/doc/quickjs/LICENSE from debian/tmp right after the
    installation to it, rather than just before running dh_missing.
  * Move handling of symlinks to debian/libqjs-dev.links rather than manual
    creation in debian/rules.
  * Move node-marked-man from Build-Depends-Indep to Build-Depends-Indep,
    as it is used in arch builds to create the man pages.
