It includes matrices conversion between Position Frequency Matirx (PFM), Position Weight Matirx (PWM) and Information Content Matrix (ICM). It can also scan putative TFBS from sequence/alignment, query JASPAR database and provides a wrapper of de novo motif discovery software.
