 The convert binaries are excluded because it is not clear how to
 reproduce them. The exact sources they were generated from probably
 exist somewhere in the history of the upstream repo, but there is
 little point in investigating deeply as the binaries are not used
 anyway.

 All excluded files have been removed upstream, so this filter may be
 unnecessary for future releases.
