rust-byteorder-lite (0.1.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Package byteorder-lite 0.1.0 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.4
    (Closes: #1145309)
  * Port test suite to quickcheck 1.x / rand 0.10 (mechanical API renames).
  * Mark the test suite broken: the size-bounded byte-width property tests
    rely on quickcheck 0.9 semantics (Gen::size() bounding primitive
    magnitude) that 1.x removed; see the patch header for the full
    investigation. The library itself has no runtime dependencies.
  * Shorten debcargo.toml's summary (synopsis-too-long: debcargo's
    appended " - Rust source code" suffix pushed it past 80 columns).
