  * Team upload.
  * Package cargo-edit 0.13.13 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.4
  * Point cargo-test-support at 0.11.
  * Drop leftover test_is_broken.
  * Skip cargo-set-version and cargo-upgrade tests whose in/ fixtures
    are not in the orig.
