rust-discord-rich-presence (1.1.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Package discord-rich-presence 1.1.0 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.4
    (Closes: #1145311)
  * Bump uuid dependency from 0.8 to 1 (Debian ships 1.x); the only use
    (Uuid::new_v4().to_string()) is unchanged across versions.
  * Mark the test suite broken: tests/models_test.rs needs a real Discord
    client listening on its local IPC socket, unavailable in any sandboxed
    build environment.
  * Shorten debcargo.toml's summary and drop its leading "A": fixes
    synopsis-too-long (debcargo's appended " - Rust source code" suffix
    pushed it past 80 columns) and description-synopsis-starts-with-article.
