  * Package ksni 0.3.6 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.3
  * Run autopkgtests under dbus-run-session with --test-threads=1.
  * Mark no-runtime and all-features autopkgtests flaky (tokio/async-io
    required and mutually exclusive).
  * Make the blocking feature depend on tokio so the generated
    --no-default-features --features blocking autopkgtest can build.
