rust-serde-saphyr (1.3.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Package serde-saphyr 1.3.0 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.4
  * Make huge_documents and serde_derived_types imply deserialize so
    isolated autopkgtests compile.
  * Enable deserialize for the empty and serialize-only autopkgtests;
    the crate requires serialize or deserialize, and un-cfg'd
    integration tests use both APIs.
  * Run the all-features autopkgtest with --lib so it fits the schroot
    tmpfs.
