Description: Package manager for RuyiSDK
 Ruyi is the package manager of RuyiSDK, a development environment for
 RISC-V. It installs prebuilt toolchains, emulators and other development
 packages from the RuyiSDK repositories, and generates virtual environments
 for a chosen toolchain and target profile.
