 This package provides the Scala.js tools for the JVM, built for Scala
 2.13: the compiler plugin for scalac 2.13.18, which writes Scala.js IR
 (.sjsir files) next to the class files, the IR library, the linker and
 its interface, and scalajs-link, a small command that links IR into a
 JavaScript file (as fastLinkJS and fullLinkJS do in sbt).
