  * Make the tests run and succeed:

    - Add a patch to chdir to docs directory to make python3 find test.py.
    - Add a patch to remove Pygments highlighting before searching.
  * Mark python3-sphinx-testing build-dependency as <!nocheck>.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4, no changes needed.
