 These sources are licensed by GPL-2+ but they don't make the whole project as
 GPL-2+. It is because generate.* is only used to build a standalone binary
 called 'bin/generate'. It translates the .tlo files to .c files and will only
 be called in the Makefile of the project. The .tlo comes from .tl and are all
 licensed by LGPL-2.1+. Thus those generated .c files are also LGPL-2.1+.
