Replace dead upstream with fork found in contentdb
"libre11" could be v11 but picking that could make things difficult if
they tag a 2.0, so rewrite it to be higher than current 1.0+dfsg1
Textures mentioned as nonfree in the fork were never shipped by debian
as they were added in 98816ffce1 and it was only tagged, while we were
watching /releases
