    Update 2 out of 3 debian files from Bitbucket to Codeberg
    
    The main repository has been shifted from Bitbucket to
    Codeberg. For the moment, Atlassian/Bitbucket still seems
    to be running, but Codeberg is more viable in the long-term.
    
    This commit updates two of the debian/ files.
    
    Bug: In isolated testing, I could not get a form of the
    'debian/watch' file to work correctly for URLs such
    as:
    
    https://codeberg.org/boud/mpgrafic/archive/v0.3.18.tar.gz
    https://codeberg.org/boud/mpgrafic/archive/v0.3.19.tar.gz
    
    which are automatically provided by ForgeJo (the git
    hosting software run by Codeberg). If someone can
    fix this, please go ahead.
