Version 0.2.8-3 of ncbi-acc-download is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sun 23 Nov 2025. It depends (transitively) on libiodbc2, python-igraph, rdflib, affected by #1097202, #1117766, #1117769. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
