Version 6.4.0-2 of networking-baremetal is marked for autoremoval from testing on Fri 29 Nov 2024. It depends (transitively) on pytest-rerunfailures, python-consul, affected by #1073443, #1086112. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
