* cow-shell: COWDANCER_REUSE=yes: reuse .ilist instead of regenerating.
* cowbuilder: use COWDANCER_REUSE=yes option to avoid excessive call to
find/xargs. Speeds up pbuilder-satisfydepends considerably, making
cowbuilder build faster.
