* Update d/patches to match the new version:
* Update build dependencies:
- Require latest upstream commit of cppgir and libtgowt-dev.
- Migrate away from libgirepository1.0-dev.
- Rename obsolete pkg-config to pkgconf.
- Add xdg-desktop-portal-dev and libada-url-dev, the latter is currently in
the NEW queue.
* Sync d/rules with the new release.
