* Use openstack-pkg-tools to configure TimeoutStopSec to 185, so that it is
higher than [DEFAULT]/graceful_shutdown_timeout in nova.conf. Affected
services are: -scheduler, -compute and -conductor.
* Remove patch applied upstream:
- Fix-test_simple_tenant_usage-test.patch
- fix-test_validate_volume_mount_not_working.patch
- cve-2026-24708-make-disk.extend-pass-format-to-qemu-img-2025.2.patch
* Refreshed patch:
- fix-failing-timebased-tests.patch
* d/rules export OS_NOVA_DISABLE_EVENTLET_PATCHING=false to avoid failure
during unit testing.
* Do not generate /usr/share/nova-common/policy.yaml.example.
* Switch nova-api and nova-api-metadata to module=, as the wsgi scripts in
/usr/bin are gone from upstream.
