* Add a note to the /etc/stunnel/README file pointing to
the /usr/share/doc/stunnel4/README.Debian Debian-specific advice.
* Add a debian/README.source file with some notes.
* Declare compliance with Policy 4.7.4 with no changes.
* Remove the logrotate configuration for stunnel4.
* Remove the SysV init script for stunnel4. The mechanism it used to
support multiple stunnel configuration files has, for years now,
not been in accordance with the wishes of the upstream developers,
since stunnel itself has supported better ways for a long time.
There were also other issues, e.g the need for a deprecated
process ID file to always be kept around.
* New upstream version:
- add pandoc as a build dependency for the documentation
- update the upstream copyright years
- refresh the 02-rename-binary patch
