* d/patches: refresh for new upstream release
* d/copyright: refresh for new upstream release
* debian: update upstream URLs according to metainfo.
Upstream now provides a documentation website for this package and
changed the metainfo file to point there as the project's homepage,
let's do the same for the homepage link stored in Debian. Also update
the upstream metadata so the URLs point to the actual Gitlab instance
hosting this project.
