* Build without proprietary dependencies using new upstream mechanism
* Include server/templates in build
* Strengthen systemd sandbox to restrict the ability of the daemon to escalate
many privileges, access many non-standard filesystem locations, and interact
with many other programs on the host by adding multiple systemd rules that
are very unlikely to cause regressions. Also replace legacy
InaccessibleDirectories with ProtectHome.
