* Package pgp 0.15.0 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.2
* Disable "asm" feature, nothing in Debian uses it and the asm feature
is disabled in the rust-sha1-0.10 semver-suffix package.
* Eliminate use of rand-xorshift in tests, Debian no longer has a version
of rand-xorshift that is compatible with rand 0.8.
