* d/control: use pybuild for the autopkgtests.
* d/rules: force use of "unittest discover", so that if no tests are
detected, an error is raised. Additionally pass the path to the test
directory. (Previously the tests were not being run.)
* d/control: drop unused setuptools dependency.
* Add patch to skip part of a test on Python3.14+, see
https://github.com/python/mypy_extensions/issues/65
* d/watch: update to Version 5 syntax
