* New upstream release.
+ Upstream has been rewritten in Rust.
* Convert packaging to the Rust upstream:
+ Build with dh-cargo instead of pybuild; drop dh-python.
+ Replace the Python build and runtime dependencies with the
corresponding librust-*-dev crates.
+ loggerhead is now Architecture: any (compiled binary).
+ Drop debian/patches: both patches only applied to the now-removed
Python sources.
+ Install the loggerhead-serve binary, static assets, the man page
and the example configuration from their new locations.
+ Pass --static-dir to loggerhead-serve in the systemd unit and the
init script so the installed static assets are found.
* Build the documentation with mdbook instead of Sphinx.
* d/copyright: Correct the Files-Excluded path for the relocated bundled
jquery copy.
* d/watch: Also match v-prefixed upstream tags.
