* 68-fix-utf16be-text-encoding.patch: fix UTF-16BE round-trip on big-endian
architectures (closes autopkgtest failure on s390x). The read path in
src/field_string_ascii.cpp called swapPairs() unconditionally after
io::readUnicodeText(), which is correct only on little-endian hosts; on
big-endian hosts (s390x) UTF-16BE wire format already matches host byte
order, so swapping the pairs produced corrupted text that failed the
round-trip check ("FAIL: UTF-16BE round-trip"). Guard swapPairs() and
its two call sites with #if __BYTE_ORDER__ == __ORDER_LITTLE_ENDIAN__ so
the byte swap is compiled and executed only where it is needed. The
write path and all other encodings are unaffected.
