* New upstream version
* d/patches: update for new upstream release
* d/control: bump Standards-Version (no change needed)
* debian: update for debhelper compat level 14.
Due to a behaviour change for single-binary packages, and the fact that
we call `dh_auto_install` explicitly in `d/rules`, we need to add a new
`debian/install` files and modify `d/rules` so it plays well with the
new behaviour.
