* Team upload.
* Drop the scim support: scim has not seen any upstream changes for more
than 4 years, it does not support neither Wayland nor Qt 6, it is buggy,
and currently slated to be removed from Debian
- drop the libscim-dev build dependency
* Upgrade upstream signing key to new packet format.
* Update symbols files from the logs of buildds.
* Add DEP-3 metadata to patch add-sddm-debian-theme.
* Fix the drop of the executable permissions from
/usr/share/kglobalaccel/org.kde.plasma.emojier.desktop:
- do the drop right after dh_auto_install is done, so it is always run
(no matter the build type)
- generalize it to any desktop file in that directory, to catch potential
renamings and more files
- make it verbose, to check whether it still applies in the future
* Switch the Section of libkglobalaccelmodel6 to libs.
