* Team upload.
* Run the test suite in serial (not parallel) mode, as there are few tests
(related to KNetworkMounts) try to create/remove the same file.
* Allow the test suite to fail on certain architectures; since the test suite
was enabled in the previous 5.116.0-3 (rather than more than 10 years ago),
few architectures have failures that, at this point, are not worth blocking
the build (since they have been "buggy" this long)

* Update lintian overrides.
