* Declare compliance with Policy 4.7.4 with no changes.
* Switch back to debhelper-compat now that debhelper 14 is out.
* Salsa CI:
- disable the build-twice job, debrebuild does that now
- disable the build-all and build-any jobs
- do the `debputy reformat` check here, not as an autopkgtest
- also test the nocheck build profile
* New upstream release.
* Switch the autopkgtest dependency from pkg-config to pkgconf.
