They are marisa-trie images written in host byte order and are unusable on hosts of the opposite endianness, so every big-endian architecture received the little-endian copies built on the arch:all buildd. On s390x this made opencc fail at runtime with "Invalid OpenCC Marisa dictionary: [...] size > avail_", which is what the s390x autopkgtest has been catching since the tests were re-enabled in -7. - debian/libopencc1.4.install, debian/libopencc-data.install: Move usr/share/opencc/*.ocd2 back from libopencc-data (arch:all) to libopencc1.4 (arch:any), reverting the move made in 1.4.1+ds1-4. This also fixes the undeclared file conflict between libopencc-data and libopencc1.4/libopencc1.1, as libopencc-data now only ships the architecture-independent *.json configurations. (Closes: #1145010) - debian/opencc-jieba.install, debian/opencc-jieba-data.install: Likewise move usr/share/opencc/jieba_dict/jieba_merged.ocd2 from opencc-jieba-data (arch:all) to opencc-jieba (arch:any).
