* Add python3-fpdf and python3-uharfbuzz as new upstream runtime/build
dependencies (now available in Debian)
* Drop python3-deprecation and python3-reportlab from Depends (no
longer used at runtime); add python3-reportlab to test-suite
autopkgtest Depends
* pypdfium2 remains unavailable in Debian; ocrmypdf already treats it
as an optional soft dependency (falls back to the Ghostscript
rasterizer), so it is patched out of pyproject.toml's hard
dependency list and the tests requiring it are skipped
* Add debian/ocrmypdf.lintian-overrides for the two expected bundled-
font warnings
* Drop the stale SALSA_CI_EXTRA_REPOSITORY_SOURCES reference to a
debian/ci/extra_repository.sources file that no longer exists
