* New upstream release.
- Fixes the legacy .ocd dictionary detection on big-endian architectures,
which was carried here as a patch since the previous upload.
- Speeds up the conversion hot path considerably and adds two
experimental interfaces (word-level candidate lookup and one-to-many
ambiguity annotation, exposed on the command line as
"opencc --ambiguities"). Both live in private, uninstalled headers;
the C++ ABI is unchanged (SOVERSION 1.4).
* debian/patches: Drop two patches that are no longer needed.
- 0010-fix-git-version-fallback.patch: upstream now sets the
cmake/GitVersion.cmake fallback version to the released version.
- 0012-fix-legacy-dict-detection-on-big-endian.patch: applied upstream.
* debian/patches: Refresh the remaining patches against the new source.
* debian/tests/jieba-plugin: Update the expected s2twp_jieba output for the
new upstream regional term 内存条 -> 記憶體模組 (was 記憶體條).
* debian/libopencc1.4.symbols: Add the symbols new in 1.4.2 (the
AmbiguityStream/GetAllConversions helpers behind the experimental API,
MarisaDict::EnumerateKeys and PrefixMatch::SkipUnmatchable). None of
them are part of the installed headers; the SONAME is unchanged. The
four new symbols whose mangling contains size_t are listed as (regex)
entries with [mj], like the existing ones, so that they also match on
32-bit architectures.
