* Update to the latest upstream commit.
* Remove applied Rounding-in-tests.patch.
* Obey the "nodoc" build profile even if ronn is installed.
* Remove architecture restrictions on libboost-fiber-dev build dependecy
since it is available for any architecture.
* Update Standards-Version to 4.7.2.
* Upgrade to Debhelper compatibility level 14.
* Rewrite the debian/watch file in version 5.
