While being in the transition to module-aware builds, the current
approach to upload dh-golang to experimental turned out to be
difficult for adoption and testing. The new plan for this transition
is to upload a new source and binary package for module-aware
builds to unstable, called "dh-go", so that it can be used easily
by replacing "dh-golang" with "dh-go" in Build-Depends.
