* New upstream release; skips 0.60, which was never uploaded to Debian.
* Upstream adds unary plus and minus to the expression parser, and gives
&, ^ and | the C precedence order.
* Upstream fixes a stack buffer overflow when tokenizing long tokens, and
undefined shifts at and past the width of the value.
* debian/watch: track the tarball attached to each GitHub release. The old
regex followed the git-archive endpoint, which never matched the orig
tarball actually shipped. Let uscan symlink the orig rather than mangling
the downloaded filename.
* Update Standards-Version to 4.7.4.
* debian/copyright: refresh years and restore the missing copyright holder
name.
* Bump debhelper compat to 14, adding dh-sequence-single-binary, which
compat 14 no longer activates implicitly.
* Add debian/upstream/metadata.
* Drop the redundant -Wl,--as-needed from debian/rules; it has been the
default since bullseye.
* Drop Rules-Requires-Root: no; it is the dpkg default since 1.22.13.
