ZZZgnutls-build.patch needed a conflict resolution in the test
Makefile.am hunks: upstream added nodist_libtests_SOURCES and
nodist_tunits_SOURCES next to the LDADD lines the patch rewrites to use
$(LIBCURL_FILESTUB).la. While there, drop the patch's gratuitous
$(BUNDLE).c -> ${BUNDLE}.c change in tests/tunit/Makefile.am.

8.22.0 also adds a new tests/perf/ directory whose LDADD refers to
lib/libcurl.la, so extend the patch to cover it too. Without this the
GnuTLS flavour fails to build the test suite with "No rule to make
target '../../lib/libcurl.la', needed by 'perf'".

The other patches only needed context refreshes.
