* New upstream release, mostly security and correctness fixes. Full list
in history.txt.
* debian/rules: build with --disable-auto-features, so this recipe decides
which optional codings and libraries are compiled in rather than whatever
the build machine happens to have. The flags after it name the whole
optional set: brotli, zstd, iconv and backtrace.
* debian/control: add pkgconf to Build-Depends. It is what lets configure
fill in libhttrack.pc's Requires.private. Without it, every private
dependency falls back to Libs.private, so the installed .pc would follow
whatever the build machine holds.
* debian/rules: drop the block that moved the manual into
/usr/share/httrack/html and left /usr/share/doc/httrack/html as a symlink
to it. Upstream moved the WebHTTrack interface out of $(docdir), which
packagers strip, so that swap is no longer needed. The manual's real
files now ship in /usr/share/doc/httrack/html, and
/usr/share/httrack/html/doc is the symlink that reaches them. The
symlink_to_dir maintscript carries the upgrade past the symlink 3.50.1-1
shipped, which dpkg will not replace with a directory on its own.
