* Fix DEP-5 debian/copyright exception syntax.
* Upgrade upstream signing key to new packet format.
* Compare the bootstrap Scheme's compiled-code type against the name it
reports, not against the --enable-native-code name: an aarch64 Scheme
reports "aarch64", the back end is "aarch64le", and the mismatch made
native arm64 build cross-compile against itself. This was a problem on
the arm64 buildd in -7.
* Bootstrap arm64 from mit-scheme-svm, not mit-scheme: the native aarch64
Scheme segfaults as the host of a cross compilation, which building the
SVM flavour from it is. The SVM Scheme as host, as in -6, works.
* Set MITSCHEME_HEAP_SIZE=10000 on 32-bit hosts, the value configure
already gives the host compiler there: the default heap is 12MB, which
is too small to compiling imail-imap with Edwin loaded. (-6 got away
with it on i386 only because a leftover check made it a cross build.)
* Build the Scheme trees serially for extra safety.
