* New upstream release.
* debian/control:
- Build depend on architecture-is-little-endian. Due to Skia,
WebKitGTK does not build on big-endian machines.
- Remove build dependency on libwoff-dev. Freetype has built-in WOFF2
support since 2.10.2 so a separate library is no longer needed.
- Add build dependency on libinput-dev and libenchant-2-dev.
* Refresh all patches and remove fix-ftbfs-sparc64.patch, since
big-endian is no longer supported.
* Update copyright information of all files.
* debian/source/lintian-overrides:
- Update source-is-missing overrides.
* debian/libwpewebkit-2.0-1.symbols:
- Update symbols.
* debian/not-installed:
- Ignore mimalloc files that are installed by default in some
architectures (e.g. armhf) even though we don't need them.
