Nothing has referenced it since the import was redirected to the system python3-webencodings, so the binary no longer ships 31 kB of dead vendored code. * d/patches: replace the Python 3.14 ResourceWarning suppression with upstream's fix for the leak behind it. test_python_issue_20007_b never closed the addinfourl it wrapped; the patch it replaces ignored ResourceWarning for every tokenizer test instead. Neither is needed to build against pytest 9.1 and Python 3.14 any more, verified by building with both removed, but the leak is real so keep the narrow fix. * d/patches: restore the html5lib distribution name. Since 1.2-1 the package installed html5lib_modern-1.2.egg-info, so importlib.metadata.version("html5lib") raised PackageNotFoundError where 1.1-6 answered it, and dh_python3 could not resolve a "Requires-Dist: html5lib" to python3-html5lib -- it drops such a dependency silently, with only a log.info line in the build log. * d/python3-html5lib.pydist: new. Maps the html5lib and html5lib-modern distribution names onto python3-html5lib, so packages that require the fork under its own name (gitlabracadabra) still resolve.
