* New upstream release.
* Rename /usr/sbin/fwpkg_unpack.py to /usr/sbin/fwpkg_unpack, dropping
the language-specific extension per the policy section 10.4.
* d/rules: Disable single-binary addon. I'm seeing issues with it
when overriding dh_auto_install and, given we also generate a dbgsym
package, we may not really be the intended use case.
* d/rules: Copy upstream rshim.service into debian instead of storing
a static symlink. Symlinks break the `wrap-and-sort` CI check.
