.
* New release. Highlights:
- Scopes can now be private. They use membership groups to control access.
- Group and role management in the web UI.
- Clarify collation order in database fields where it is significant.
- Most tasks have live streams of their logs available in the web UI,
during execution.
- Add a binaries multiple lookup filter to debian:suite, to make it easier
to find all binaries built by a given set of source packages.
- Allow customizing gunicorn.conf.py using gunicorn.conf.local.py.
- Stream artifacts as tarballs without using temporary files.
- Tell needrestart not to restart debusine-worker, until we have some way
to do that gracefully.
