* Build the package with the Kotlin DSL build script provided by upstream

* Run the tests with the ASM jar on the class path of the JVM instead of
relying on the Class-Path entry of the jar manifest
* Removed 0007-fix-JUnit5-compatibility-in-tests.patch and tightened the
build dependency on junit5
