* Desktop icon: add opaque white background for visibiliy. Inkscape
insisted on updating from 90 to 96 dpi.
* Cut the AUXDIR_NAME patch down to letting the environment choose the
auxiliary directory name, and set it in debian/rules for both
flavours instead of patching Debian's choice into configure.
* Bootstrap arm64 from the native Scheme rather than the SVM one, now
that 12.1-9's aarch64 microcode fix is in the archive for the buildd
to build against.
