       bundled in them; drop the stanzas for the removed locust/static files

     - add hatchling and hatch-vcs to b-d, the new upstream build system
     - drop setuptools and roundrobin from b-d, no longer needed
     - add engineio, flask, gevent, opentelemetry, socketio and werkzeug to b-d,
       needed by tests
     - bump versioned b-d to the upstream minimum versions
     - drop Priority, optional is now the default
     - bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4 (no changes needed)
     - suggest the packages needed by the dns, mqtt and otel extras, and
       websocket for the socket.io websocket transport

     - include pkg-info.mk, so the upstream version is actually passed to
       hatch-vcs; Closes: #1069850
     - install the prebuilt web UI from the webui component
     - remove the Azure Load Testing advertisement from the web UI start page,

     - remove the CSV files left by tests in clean; Closes: #1048334
     - run TestMasterWorkerRunners again, it no longer times out; skip tests
       needing network access and a timing sensitive one

   * add lintian overrides for the prebuilt web UI
