* Bootstrap i386 native from i386 svm. The i386 microcode did not
compile because its back end deliberately addresses half the
compiled-code hooks at negative offsets from Registers[],
which -Warray-bounds detects, and the -Werror makes that fatal. So add
a patch to demote that warning, as upstream already does
for -Wstringop-truncation.
