* New upstream bugfix release.
- Let dyn_array_iterator convert to its const_iterator.
- Complete the random access iterator interface of dyn_array_iterator.
* Add Always-inline-dyn_array_iterator-ctor-on-AArch64.patch to fix
autopkgtests with GCC.
* Add GTest-find-package-before-pkg-config-or-downlload.patch and remove
pkgconf from build and test dependencies.
* Remove libc++abi-dev from the list of dependencies for autopkgtests
with Clang.
