- bump debhelper compat to 14; replace dh-python with dh-sequence-python3
and add dh-sequence-single-binary to b-d
- drop the substvars from Depends, now applied automatically
- drop audioread from Depends, already generated by dh_python3
- drop Priority, optional is now the default
- bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4.1 (no further changes needed)
- add Testsuite: autopkgtest-pkg-pybuild, to run the upstream tests
- rephrase the long description, based on upstream's README
* debian/rules
- drop --with python3, replaced by dh-sequence-python3
- drop the override_dh_auto_clean, dh already uses pybuild
- drop LC_ALL export, Python already uses UTF-8 under the C locale

- remove, egg-info is no longer generated since the switch to poetry-core

- switch to version 5, using the GitHub template

- add Changelog; fix the Documentation URL, upstream README is in rst

- load chromaprint.py through the import system in its tests, so they
